How to book with Dive Adventures Asia
Step 1. Contact Us...
Send
us an e-mail to verify that there is space available for the
trip or course you are requesting. Giving us a second choice
can also be helpful. (dont forget the trip code)
Step 2. Reserve Space and Send us payment...
Once
we have confirmed space is available for one of our trips
or courses
we
will send you an e-mail
with
detailed information and your confirmation code. When you
are ready to book your dive holiday please fill out our online
booking form (don't forget the Trip Code and Confirmation
Code) and send it to us. Once we receive your booking information
we will send you an online invoice via e-mail which will give
you your reservation code and access to your payment option.
Please reply to us to confirm your acceptance and inform us
of your payment.
Our current methods of accepting payment are:

To make your secure on-line payment with the Google payment
gateway click on the link in the e-mail (invoice) that we send
you and follow the simple instructions on the website. Please
have your full bank card details and billing address handy,
together with your telephone number and e-mail address.
You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Discover Card.
B.
Payment by wire transfer

With our bank information, simply go to your bank and authorize
the payment directly from your account to our account and then
fax us a copy of your online payment form and the money transfer
slip.
Step 3. Understand our policy...
Our booking policy is as follows: a deposit of 30% is
required to reserve space, due 5 days after receipt of your
invoice and reservation code. Full payment is then due 30 days
prior to departure (some of our boats require full payment 60
days before departure). For full boat charters, full payment
is due 60 days prior to departure. If payment is not received
in this time period we will attempt to contact you. If we are
unable to contact you we reserve the right to resell the spaces.

are more than happy to answer any questions you might
have about your trip to Southeast Asia.

We
would love to help you with your hotel reservations or
help you plan activities other than diving. Please feel
free to communicate with us as often as you would like.

If
you would like to have airport transportation arranged
by us please let us know your flight information.

| D. |
Liveaboard
trips always include meals, accommodation, divemaster
services, most drinks (hardly ever alcohol), transportation
to and from your hotel, tanks, weights and belts. Personal
diving equipment (BCD, REG, Wetsuit, etc.) is never included
in the price.

Equipment Rental
BCD: 250 Baht per day
Regulator: 250 Baht per day
3mm Shorty Wetsuit: 150 Baht per day
Mask and Snorkel: 250 Baht per day
Fins: 250 Baht per day
Dive computer: 800 Baht per day
E.
Most Liveaboards include towels, soaps and shampoos but this
is not always the case.
F. Prices do not include personal diving equipment
or national park fees. National park fees are 400 Baht per
person entry, plus 200 Baht per day for the Similan Islands.
This is payable on the boat in Thai Baht.
G. We recommend that you also purchase travel insurance.
In the unlikely event that you are unable to make the trip
you will be able to recover your deposit or payment. THIS
IS VERY IMPORTANT!!

trips and charters are non-refundable.
