The South Siam 3 serves as a mobile liveaboard dive platform stationed in the Similan Islands from October to May. Guests are transferred daily by speedboat from Thap Lamu Pier to the Similans, so you have the ability to board or disembark everyday of the week. No other Thailand liveaboard offers quite as much flexibility. At 30 meters (100 ft.) long and 6.5 meters (20 ft.) wide South Siam 3 easily accommodates a maximum of 28 guests in her two double-bed, and twelve twin bed cabins. All of the cabins are furnished with individually controlled air conditioning, sea view windows, reading lights, dressing table, and electrical outlets. There are six shared hot and cold showers with toilets just down the hall from the cabins. To accommodate a large number of guests she has a huge shaded outdoor seating area for dining, as well as a spacious air-conditioned indoor lounge equipped with TV and DVD. For relaxing in the evening sea breeze, watching the sunset over the Andaman Sea, or brushing up on your tan there is also an enormous outdoor sundeck on the upper most level.

The Real Beauty of South Siam 3 Liveaboard Diving
The real beauty of the South Siam 3 liveaboard is in her extremely flexible scheduling. Guests can actually board and depart 7 days a week. On Sunday and Wednesday are done at Koh Bon Island just north of the Similans. The rest of the week guests are transferred to the Similan Islands. Once you are on board you can stay as long as you like and participate in up to 4 dives per day (including night dives). With her rare 2 day / 1 night option to the Similans and Koh Bon Island, South Siam 3 is ideal for divers who have a limited amount of time but want to see some of the best dive sites Thailand has to offer. She is equally ideal for divers who want to stay as long as they like. She has great flexibility at a budget price for divers interested in meeting other divers, and seeing some of the best dive sites of the Andaman Sea. In the high season she is very popular and can be quite busy onboard. If you don't like crowds she may not be for you. Trips run from October 15th to mid May. South Siam 3 does not visit world famous Richelieu Rock. To visit Richelieu Rock on a limited amount of time take a look at South Siam 4.
